Hi, my name is Tara McConkey and I am the Room and Corporate Catering Sales Manager. If you are looking for a hotel to host the out of town guests for your wedding, bringing the family together for a family reunion, or need a block of rooms for any reason I would love to work with you! As a former Guest Services Agent, I understand the needs of our overnight guests very well. Additionally, I work closely with our Meetings Director on contract negotiations, coordination, and follow-up for all small corporate meetings. My goal is to make hosting your meeting feel effortless!

Looking for that single point of contact when assisting to plan your meeting or event? Look no further. My name is Nicole Bieser and I am the Meetings Director at your service! I have been with the Clayton Plaza Hotel for over 5 years and work one-on-one with each guest throughout the planning process. Success matters, so my goal with each meeting is to give my full attention to the needs and expectations of our guests to ensure everything is smooth sailing for the meeting or event. I work very closely with each Sales Manager in our office to ensure your happiness. Once a Sales Manager receives a signed contract, they process a turn-over request, then I email or call the client introducing myself and explain what to expect before their first meeting. Once the meeting day arrives, we will do what is called a Daily Meeting Debrief. A DMD will go over the event order for the day and make sure all times and counts are accurate. We will be with you every step of the way!
