The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Self parking fee: USD 6 per day (in/out privileges)
Valet parking fee: USD 19 per day (in/out privileges) CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID
Incidental deposit: USD 50.00 per stay
Pet fee: USD 25 per day (up to 2 dogs per room)
Service animals are exempt from fees
Rollaway bed/Air Matteress fee: USD 10.00 per night

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change. Any depsoits will retrun to your credit card after check out but may take 5-10 business days to retrun to your account depending on your banking institute. Unless using an International banking institute, these could take 14 business days to return. (please note that return mean that the deposit will fall off and no longer show as a pending authorization)

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or debit card may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

This property will place a credit card authorization for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking.

The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation

The property allows pets (DOG ONLY) in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section); guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation
